Alaska's BBQ Scallops

Ingredients:

1 lb Alaska jumbo scallops
Baby white onions
Whole mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup soy sauce

Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Skewer scallops, alternating with vegetables. Baste with sauce. Grill for 5-10 minutes until scallops are opaque in center.

Loved your recipe for scallops. I changed it a little and added pineapple and red peppers to the kabob's.
