hi everyone. I am trying to find a recipe for fish stir fry, does anyone have one they will post please? Or can you tell me if I can just substitute the shellfish in this recipe for raw fish?

Hi anonymous:
I am posting another stir fry recipe today for Halibut. I would say yes you could substitute raw fish but I would advise doing the following. When you start stir frying the peppers, onions and garlic add the raw fish then and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the fish almost flakes with a fork. Then stir in the mushrooms and cook them until heated through.

thanks for the help. i used your suggestion and it worked great. i found the fish flaked a lot once it was fully cooked (when i was stirring) so next time im going to cook it seperate and just gently mix it in before i serve it.

I'll check back for recipes soon! thanks for your post and quick response to my question.
