Blackened Salmon


Take your salmon fillets and skin them.

Melt a cube of butter to baste the salmon fillets with

Baste the fillets with butter

Heavily coat the fillets with Blackening spice

Heat a cast iron skillet until it is white hot

Sear the salmon fillets one side at a time until

the center is slightly raw and the spices are black
