Tinfoil Salmon

I get asked every day what is the simplest and the best way to cook salmon. I have found that baking salmon tends to dry it out unless it is sealed very tightly in a container.
I take a nice fresh piece of salmon and lay it on a piece of foil and salt and pepper it. I also like a little garlic powder, a pat of butter,a slice of onion and a teaspoon of white wine. Seal the foil very well and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
